Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support a biotechnology client in Puerto Rico. The role involves executing routine validation protocols and drafting/updating technical documents, with opportunities to identify improvements and participate in quality incident initiation.

Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree in a natural science or engineering (or related field) and 6 months of manufacturing experience, with availability for

• Available to work any shift / including 12-hour shifts.

• Execute routine validation protocols.
• Draft and revise routine documents, e.g., MPs, SOPs, and technical reports
• Initiate Quality incidents
• Identify and recommend improvements related to routine functions and implement after approval.
• Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions, e.g., equipment logs, routine area audits, batch records
