Job summary

BioTalent is hiring Manufacturing Associates for onsite roles in Southern California. Opportunities span mammalian cell culture, aseptic processing, media prep, seed train, bioreactors, and chromatography with GMP documentation expectations.

Evening/flex schedules may apply, with roles based in Tustin/Orange County, CA. Relocation and employer sponsorship are not available. Candidates already authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in biologics manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Evening/flex schedules may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support biologics manufacturing operations and ensure GMP documentation practices.
• Assist with process steps including culture, filtration, and chromatography as needed.
• Maintain compliance with aseptic processing and cleanroom operations.

I’m currently supporting a CDMO growing company with multiple Manufacturing Associate opportunities, and we’re looking for people who want to build or continue their careers in biologics manufacturing.

We have a particular need for candidates open to evening/flex schedules, including opportunities around 5:00 PM-2:00 AM.

Positions are 100% onsite in Tustin/Orange County, CA.

Relocation assistance is not available, so candidates outside the area must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
