Rinnai America Corporation in Griffin, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for 1st shift. You will safely operate production equipment, load materials, rework products, and support line maintenance to ensure defect-free output.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities

• Start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventive maintenance of assigned production equipment.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform loading and supplying production line items and reworking product.
• Quality assurance and testing to ensure standards are met.
• General plant and equipment cleanup (5S).
• Identify and suggest continuous improvement ideas.

Safely and efficiently perform assigned duties, producing defect free product. Facilitate movement of material and assure perfect product quality.

• This position is located at 500 The Lakes Parkway Griffin, GA.
• Hours: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Pay Rate: $18.50 What You Will Do
• Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment. Equipment may include, but not limited to, production line equipment, forklifts, or other power equipment.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with Company Safety Policy.
• Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product, and loading conveyors.
• Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards. Ability to inspect your own work as well as that of other associates.
• Provide general plant, production line and facility clean up (5S).
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement ideas.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required. Requirements KNOWLEDGE
