• Assemble interior and exterior automotive components by following work instructions and production standards.
• Use assembly line machinery, automated equipment, and small hand tools to complete production tasks.
• Assist with machine operations, including processes such as injection molding when needed.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and confirm products meet quality specifications.
• Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
• Move parts between workstations and support the overall flow of the production line.
• Load and unload materials used in production.
• Support shipping, receiving, or forklift operations, depending on department needs.

The Manufacturing Associate supports production by assembling and inspecting automotive interior and exterior components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly work, monitoring product quality, and helping maintain the flow of materials through the production line.These are Temp-To-Hire positions with room for advancement.
