Job description

Summary:

Manufacturing Associate s support the production of high-quality filtration products used across industries such as environmental testing, water treatment, medical research, and laboratory applications. This role involves assembling, packaging, and inspecting products while following detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and good documentation practices.



Responsibilities include working with a variety of tools and equipment, maintaining accurate production records, and contributing to a clean, organized, and quality-driven work environment. This role is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in producing precise, high-quality work in a team-based setting.



Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support Production Operations

  • Assemble products according to work order specifications

  • Use ERP system to accurately track and fulfill work orders

  • Conduct basic quality control tests following SOPs

  • Follow good documentation practices for batch record details

  • Label, package, and shrink-wrap products

  • Comply with all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment



Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):


  • Use work instructions to kit and cut membrane filter materials

  • Operate equipment and test tools after training

  • Tools may include hand punches, cutters, mallets, clicker press, and dies



Communicate Resource Needs:


  • Inform supervisor or team lead when tools, materials, or supplies are needed



Contribute to a Quality-Driven Workplace:


  • Assist with routine cleaning and organization of workspaces

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency



Represent Sterlitech Internally and Externally:


  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
