Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely
• Follow established operating instructions and production procedures
• Monitor equipment and production processes throughout the shift
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Ensure completed products meet client and customer standards
• Identify and remove defective products
• Rework or remanufacture products when required
• Maintain accurate daily production records
• Enter and update production information using computer systems
• Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and quality-focused work area
