ESSENTIAL TASKS:

1. Support production needs by staging material in various locations throughout the shop, including but not limited to grinders, saws, shot blaster, furnaces, and coating bays in both forge shops.
2. Operate lift trucks, yard trucks, combi-lifts, Glama, or other IME equipment to transport materials, supplies, or other items within the Bakers Campus, including moving material between the two forge shops.
3. Maintain daily IME/crane checks and notify maintenance of any service needs prior to or during use.
4. Coordinate with schedulers to prioritize staging materials at various operations throughout the shop.
5. Receive and create material entries in MPT/Oracle.
6. Ensure batches are delivered to the correct areas.
7. Apply coating to materials following current standards, using manual or automated methods.
8. Prepare and maintain related files, records, and reports.
9. Operate various cranes to move materials within the department.
10. Keep the work area clean and organized, utilizing skid steers, sweepers, and other equipment as needed.
11. Adjust rails and organize materials to maintain safety and standards in the work environment.
12. Follow safety regulations and adhere to ATI’s code of business conduct.
13. Report safety concerns to leadership to maintain a safe working environment.

NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Support yearly inventory cycle counts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Use basic arithmetic, including decimals and fractions.

REQUIREMENTS:
