Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED with basic math skills.
• Basic English written and oral communication to coordinate with team.
• Familiarity with safety, quality instructions and SOPs (cGMP).
• Willing to learn enterprise software like POMS and Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment by enforcing safety rules and performing regular safety checks.
• Set up production line and assist with equipment operation; address staffing gaps as needed.
• Motivate and develop employees; support hiring, onboarding and training tasks.
