Job summary

Design Ready Controls seeks a Manufacturing Assistant at our Design Ready Fabrications facility in Champlin, MN. You will support production, material handling, and warehouse tasks to keep parts moving smoothly.

The role includes assisting machine operators, operating RF scanners, inventory, shipping prep, and crane/forklift operations after certification. 1st shift: M-Th 6:00am–3:15pm, Fri 6:00am–11:00am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with machine operations and/or steel fabrication is preferred.
• Experience in production or warehouse roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup and production tasks.
• Handle materials, stocking, and cycle counts; use RF scanners for picking and kitting.
• Receive, store, and ship materials; prepare shipments and paperwork.
