• Ensure parts are inspected, deburred, properly tagged and moved to the next operation.

What You'll Do (Day to Day Job Duties)

• Consistently demonstrate a high level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity when performing finishing operations such as filing, deburring, abrasive-blasting, parts cleaning, handling and packaging. This must be accomplished without scratches, blemishes or other imperfections, even when visible only under magnification.
• Pay close daily attention to the cleanliness of the equipment, workbench, tools, accessories and surrounding areas and strive to maintain these in the condition required.
• Manufacturing Assistants should feel comfortable as problem solvers, and in finding solutions quickly and easily.
• Ensure that parts are efficiently and accurately inspected, deburred, properly tagged and moved to the next operation.
