Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) is seeking an entry-level Support 1 to set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing assembly line machinery at fixed workstations in Minneapolis. You will move and sort materials, monitor quality, and keep accurate daily production records as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

This is an entry-level role with close supervision and structured training, offering exposure to diverse manufacturing processes and a clear path for career growth.

Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. A Support 1 is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Responsibilities typically include: Work is routine or follows standard procedures..
