TruCut in Salem, OH is seeking hands-on workers for night shift manufacturing roles. This isn’t repetitive line work; you’ll learn to lace coil assemblies, use specialized hand tools, and help ensure each unit meets quality standards before leaving the floor.

Work Schedule & Expectations

This role supports our night shift operation.

• Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30AM
• Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.
