Job summary

LINAK Louisville, KY is seeking a Full-Time Assembly Associate to read instructions and assemble products or sub-assemblies, using a wide range of hand and power tools in a safe, efficient workflow. The role requires at least a high school diploma and prefers 6 months of assembly experience, plus knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

• A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of Assembly experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S experience is a plus.
• High efficiency, productivity, and flexibility are necessary.
• Must be able to perform job rotations / cross training and perform physical demands of all jobs on the line.
