Job Description:

Location: 100% onsite in Totowa, NJ
Hours: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 12:30 AM PST
Pay Rate Range: $28 - $30 hourly on W2

Responsibilities:

1. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) for electrical assembly tasks.
2. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, communicating effectively with colleagues and senior assemblers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly techniques.
• Willingness to learn soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good manual dexterity for working with small components.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related fields.
