Job summary

Indotronix UK is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler in Charlotte, NC 28269 for 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM with possible weekend overtime. You will safely operate power tools, read blueprints, and follow procedures to assemble components accurately.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing assembly, with attention to detail and a strong focus on safety. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools to assemble components with precision and prevent defects.
• Perform various assembly and product testing tasks by following established procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and bills of material to ensure accurate assembly.
• Consistently meet quality specifications and production deadlines.
• Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and support department-wide housekeeping efforts.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and uphold personal productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Show flexibility and willingness to learn multiple assembly stations.
• Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
