Skilled Trades Employment Opportunity for High School Graduating Seniors: If you are a graduating Senior wondering what you want to do after graduation, Sinto America Corporation might have the answer for you.
Sinto America, a global leader in the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art machinery, seeks to hire a number of self-motivated graduating seniors who possess the desire to learn and pursue a career in the Skilled Trades at its manufacturing facility in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Sinto offers the possibility of an Apprenticeship Program which integrates on-the-job specialized training and development, together with offsite job-related college level courses. Program graduates earn college credits (all classroom and material expenses fully covered up front) and are required to work 8000 hours at Sinto in their structured program. Upon successful completion of the estimated 4-year program, graduates will be issued a Journey worker’s card by the US Department of Labor. A Job + An Education = A Career: Sinto America Corporation’s apprenticeship program, in partnership with Lansing Community Colleges, offers on-the-job training and tuition-paid college courses to be applied towards a career in the skilled trades area of pipefitter, electrical, machinist, and steel fabrication/welding. These are full-time positions with company-sponsored benefits.
