• Monitor industry trends and maintain up-to-date manufacturing practices.
• Document manufacturing processes and lead kaizen, lean, or Six Sigma initiatives.
• Contribute to capacity planning and workforce management for scalable operations.
• Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs and support new product development from a manufacturing perspective.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field

Master's degree preferred (MBA or MS of Engineering)
