SCHOTT Advanced Optics seeks a data analytics lead to drive manufacturing analytics and continuous improvement. You will use Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and DOE to boost quality, yield, and productivity by analyzing manufacturing, quality, and supply data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and Data Analytics teams to ensure reliable use of data and govern data integrity and security across systems.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing data analytics, production tech, or BI environments.
- Experience leveraging data to improve performance, quality, and productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem solving with data.
Responsabilités
- Lead manufacturing process analytics and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, yield, productivity, and process capability.
- Analyze manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and supply data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for operational excellence.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and Data Analytics teams.
