Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations to support data-driven decision-making across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7+ years in Manufacturing Analytics, Operations Analysis, or BI.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Reconcile data between SAP ERP and Siemens MES.
• Prepare operational reports and presentations for leadership.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
