You will collaborate with Customer Success and Product, travel monthly, and contribute to Agentic Root Cause Analysis capabilities while solving real manufacturing problems. Join us to drive impact and innovation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
• Strong Python and ML libraries experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with design of experiments and optimization.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI models and AI agents.
• Willingness to travel at least once a month.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Oden customers to scope data analysis and modeling needs for real manufacturing problems
• Develop and validate models, algorithms, and methods delivered through the Oden platform
• Validate results in live, real-world customer deployments
• Partner with engineering to implement and ship solutions
• Generalize one-off solutions into the next generation of product features
• Work with Product to translate customer problems into roadmap requirements
• Engage with the technical community: share results externally, stay current on the field, and help advance the state of the art
