Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong background in AR, AP, and general accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AR, AP, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial goals.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
