This on-site, temporary internship may extend into winter based on business needs and progress. You will support day-to-day activities, document processes, and learn from experienced finance team members.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to organize information clearly and follow established procedures.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documenting accounting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Support general accounting tasks such as data entry, account reconciliations, invoice review, and filing of accounting records.
• Help maintain accurate documentation for month‑end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory‑related accounting, and other finance activities.
• Work with accounting team members to identify process gaps, clarify procedures, and organize reference materials.
• Prepare basic schedules, summaries, and reports to support accounting reviews and internal analysis.
• Learn how accounting supports manufacturing operations, including cost awareness, purchasing, inventory movement, and production‑related transactions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the accounting or finance team.
