Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Thermoform Maintenance Technician (12-Hour Nights) in Terre Haute, Indiana to assist press, converting and extrusion operators with setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning and loading/unloading of equipment, ensuring smooth, safe production of packaging films and finished bags.

You will work with multiple operators, read department work instructions, and contribute to problem identification and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read instructions.
• Ability to identify problem sources on machinery and take corrective action.
• Read, understand, and stay current with department procedures.
• Work well in a team and keep organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist press, converting and extrusion operators with setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning and loading/unloading of equipment.
• Support production of printed film, polyethylene film and finished bags to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with multiple operators and share responsibilities as needed.

Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential

Assist press, converting, and extrusion operators with setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning, and loading/unloading of equipment. Support production of quality printed film, polyethylene film, and finished bags to meet customer packaging requirements. Duties may include working with multiple operators and sharing responsibilities as needed.

Schedule

• 2nd shift: Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 3rd shift: Sun-Thurs 11:00pm-7:00am

-$1.25 nightshift incentive for 2nd & 3rd shift
