Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and one year of job-related experience.
• Some positions may require certification and/or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured housing production facilities to ensure compliance with HUD and state building codes, construction standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with plant personnel, third‑party inspection agencies, and state/federal regulatory bodies as necessary.
• Identify and document deficiencies, noncompliance issues, or violations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to remain current on changes in manufactured housing standards and inspection procedures.
