Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Execute manual test cases and report bugs clearly and accurately.
• Participate in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain documentation for test procedures, results, and process improvements.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and risks to team members.
• Assist in creating automated tests (optional depending on skillset).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual).
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Ability to write and execute test cases and scenarios.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, Postman, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
