Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a CDL Driver for the Kansas City, KS facility. This role requires a current Class A CDL with a medical card and the ability to drive a manual transmission, in compliance with DOT/AMP rules.

Responsibilities include operating trucks for deliveries, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintaining logs, verifying shipping documents, loading/unloading as needed, and reporting any discrepancies or damages to supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a current Class A CDL and medical card.
• Must have a clean driving/safety record within DOT rules and regulations.
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Drives truck/tractor trailer for pickups and deliveries.
• Adheres to all DOT, AMP and safety regulations; maintains logs and records.
• Performs pre-operation safety checklist and routine vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Verifies product labels and shipping documents prior to departure; obtains customer signature.
• Assists with loading/unloading and stacking materials as required.
• Reports damages or discrepancies to supervisor immediately.
