Job summary

Liviniti, LLC is seeking a Manual QA Engineer in Dallas, TX to ensure accuracy and quality of pharmacy benefit technology. You will design and execute manual tests across claims adjudication, pricing, formulary, and configurations while documenting defects and validating fixes.

The role requires 3–5 years in PBM/health plan testing, strong knowledge of pharmacy concepts, and collaboration with analysts, developers, and configuration teams. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manual QA testing in a PBM/health plan/pharmacy claims environment.
• Hands-on testing of claims adjudication systems and benefit configurations.
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims concepts: NCPDP formats, formulary/tiering, copay/coinsurance logic, DUR, prior authorization, rebates.
• Ability to write clear, structured test cases and defect reports.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail).
• Understanding of the QA lifecycle: test planning, execution, regression, UAT.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases across claims adjudication, pricing, formulary, accumulators, and configuration.
• Validate claim outcomes against expected adjudication logic and plan setup.
• Perform regression, functional, and end-to-end testing across releases.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and impact.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and config teams to validate fixes.
• Test edge cases in copay structures, DUR, accumulators, and vendor integrations.
• Maintain test docs, data sets, and traceability to requirements.
• Support Stage cycles and release sign-off decisions.
