Job summary

Flosum is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA contractor with 2+ years of experience to test web applications, including Salesforce integrations and REST APIs. You will design and execute test cases, document results, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.

Responsibilities include regression, functional, and exploratory testing, plus data verification via SQL. Strong communication and understanding of CI/CD workflows are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA.
• Experience testing web applications.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques.
• Experience creating test documentation from scratch.
• Experience working with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with browser DevTools.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with DB Testing (Postgres, MySQL).
• Experience with CI/CD products.
• Basic understanding of Git.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• English level sufficient for daily communication.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications.
