Job summary

Flosum is seeking a detail-oriented QA tester to join as a contractor. You will test web applications, Salesforce-related features, and REST APIs, ensuring quality across functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

You’ll craft test cases, analyze requirements, and collaborate with developers to identify root causes, while contributing to release readiness and process improvements. Requirements include 2+ years in manual QA, Jira/TestRail experience, basic SQL, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• : 2+ years in Manual QA.
• : Experience testing web applications.

Responsibilities

• : Test new features and verify bug fixes.
• : Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• : Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA docs.
