Job summary

Flosum, a leader in native DevOps for the Salesforce ecosystem, seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain an end-to-end automated testing framework bridging AWS cloud apps and Salesforce metadata.

You will automate cross‑platform user journeys, create stable UI tests for Salesforce Lightning with Shadow DOM, and develop API and database tests, integrating everything into modern Git‑based CI/CD pipelines. This role blends coding excellence with quality ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA Automation Engineering, enterprise integrations.
• Deep Salesforce Expertise: Lightning architecture, metadata, security models, and developer workflows.
• Code-first automation: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium OR Salesforce-specific testing systems (Provar, ACCELQ, or UTAM).
• API & Database Testing: REST API testing and SOQL queries for Salesforce verification.
• DevOps mindset: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or cloud dev tools).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an automated testing framework covering both AWS-hosted web app and Salesforce workflows.
• Automate end-to-end user journeys across platforms (cloud UI triggering Salesforce actions).
• Create stable UI tests for Salesforce Lightning addressing dynamic IDs and Shadow DOM components (UTAM/Playwright/enterprise tools).
• Develop robust API automation suites to validate real-time data integrations, webhooks, and queues between AWS and Salesforce.
• Integrate the automated test suites into modern Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
