Job summary

Snelling in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manual Order Selector for our warehouse/food distribution operation. You will manually pick and stage orders, supporting outbound distribution and product handling in a collaborative environment.

This role is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm with flexibility, paying $17.00 per hour. Some powered equipment may be used, but this is not a forklift position; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Manual order picking and staging experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick and stage orders based on pick lists and warehouse routing.
• Organize and prepare products for outbound distribution.
