• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Complete standardized written documentation and correspondence.
• Communicate professionally in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Perform basic electronic tasks using computer software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Read measuring tools (dial calipers, micrometers).
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders.
• Operate manual mills, drill presses, production saws, CNC milling machines, orbital riveter, and plate roller.
• Meet daily production quality and quantity standards.
• Inspect parts and record counts and quality verification.
• Communicate downtime, shortages, scraps, and delays when applicable.
