Manual Machinist

$17-$20

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Produce precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurements.

• Coordinate your workload with the rest of the team for peak efficiency.

• Utilize tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to cut, bore, grind (I.D. & O.D.), or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes.

• Learn to set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled (CNC).

• Determine quality of finished products, ensuring defect-free parts.

Qualifications:

• Able to read and correctly interpret advanced engineering drawings including geometric dimensioning and tolerances.

• Ability to read and use specific measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, etc.).

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.

• Must have manual mill experience & CNC, preferred.

Location: Hamilton, OH

Shift: 1st shift (Temp to Hire)

Hours: 7 am- 3:30pm (flexible)

Pay Rate: $ 18-19/ hr.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
