Responsibilities

• Machine motor parts using engine lathes and vertical mills.
• Maintain tolerances and inspect finished parts.
• Set up and adjust tooling as needed.

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find an experienced and reliable Manual Machinist for a repair shop client located in Portland, Oregon.

PAY: $32.00 – $38.00 depending on experience.

Manual Machinist : Turning , boring electric motor parts with tolerances down to .0010”/.0005”. Equipment used : Engine lathes – various sizes Tool post grinder Bridgeport vertical mills Balancer –( trainable) Magbase drill Welding would be a plus – Arc / Tig / Mig.
