A growing job shop in Odessa, Texas is looking for a Manual Machinist to set up and operate manual mills and lathes. This position offers a pay range of $28-$36 per hour based on experience and includes great benefits like medical, dental, and 401k. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading blueprints, troubleshooting machinery issues, and conducting inspections. Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in setting up and operating manual mills and lathes.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues.
• Experience working with various metals.
• Capable of performing inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
