Plansee Group seeks skilled manual machinists at the Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals site in Indianapolis, IN. The position is hourly and involves operating tools and equipment to produce precision tungsten alloy parts, with setup to meet exact specs and careful measurement using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of machine tools and machining operations.
• Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators).
• Precision and attention to detail.
• 3–5 years’ experience - Preferred.

Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is looking for skilled manual machinists. The ideal candidate will be able to operate tools and equipment to produce precision metal pieces. Be able to set up machinery to perform accurate measurements to meet required specifications.

Requirements:

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents
• Strong knowledge of machine tools and machining operations
• Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators)
• Precision and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to set up machines and make changes as needed
• Able to work as a team
• 3-5 years’ experience - Preferred
