Job summary

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is recruiting a 2nd shift Manual Machinist for Alliance/Youngstown, OH. You will set up and operate manual mills, lathes, horizontal boring mills, and planer mills to produce heavy-duty components.

You’ll read complex blueprints and job travelers, select tooling, and verify parts with precision gauges to ensure tight tolerances. Expect a 2nd shift 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, with Fridays OT available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and job travelers.
• Advanced proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and autonomous problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workshop safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machines (mills, lathes, boring mills, planer mills).
• Read blueprints and job travelers to guide manufacturing.
• Perform machine setups including tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixtures.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safety and longevity.
