Job summary

TeamSoft is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to represent an industry leader in Coppell, TX. You will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot product issues, and perform routine maintenance on client-supported products, working under supervision to build your technical skills.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, less than 1 year of related experience, and a valid driver's license with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance in the shop, in the field, and on-site to meet customer demands.

• Troubleshoot product problems and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain Field Service Reports (FSRs) and expense reports.
• Report product failure trends with supporting documentation.
• Ensure machine performance targets are met to help district metrics.

Job Title: Field Service Technician (Level I)

Client: Direct

Location: Coppell, TX (Within 50 Miles)

Employment Type: Full Time Contract

Pay Rate: $22/hr. on W2

Benefits

• $400-$500 Monthly Car allowance
• Weekend Pay - additional $12.50/hr. up to 8 hours on Saturday's, and additional $25/hr on Sunday's
• If they work night shifts, 10% and 15% shift differential depending on the time frame the work in

We are actively seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to represent an industry leader. In this role, you will be the face of the organization, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting product issues, and performing routine maintenance on client-supported products. Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance in the shop, in the field, and on-site to meet customer demands.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with new equipment installations according to documented standards.
• Troubleshoot product problems, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating unresolved issues following standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical information, Field Service Reports (FSRs), expense reports, and all assigned Client property.
• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management with supporting documentation.
• Ensure machine performance targets are consistently met to help achieve overall district metrics.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 1 year of related experience (Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of internet environments and networking.
• Driving Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and be comfortable with some local travel.
• Clearance: Must be willing and able to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises.
