Note:

Role and Responsibilities
  • Manual Assembly: Employ handheld power tools to assemble various components accurately.
  • Manual Saw Cutting: Conduct manual saw-cutting operations for component preparation if applicable.
  • Production Accountability: Assume responsibility for all activities and output in your designated work area, ensuring efficiency and quality.

  • Reporting: Promptly report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards to the supervisor.
CNC Duties (If Cross-Trained)

Employees selected for cross-training will operate CNC machines when assigned, and may be assigned the following duties as business needs require:

  • CNC Operations: Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape plastic components. Familiarity with G-code is helpful but not required, as programming is not a primary function.
  • Saw Cutting: Perform precise cuts on plastic materials using automated and manual saws, ensuring optimal material usage and minimal waste.
  • Machine Upkeep: Perform basic machine maintenance and tooling changes as trained and assigned.
Requirements
