Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.90 - $24.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to handle the daily operational duties associated with processing client directed supplier payments by credit card via website or phone to capture Commercial Card volume.
Essential Functions
Responsible for setting up vendors by requesting or obtaining pertinent information to enroll a supplier for manual payments. Information may be obtained directly from supplier, enroller or from client to complete set up.
Utilize cases within Salesforce to process manual payments on behalf of clients
Utilize cases within Salesforce to track outstanding Suppliers to be enrolled for manual payments
Facilitate follow up with either supplier or client to fulfill the outstanding payment
Ensure all required notes are captured on payment or set up cases for clarity or retention purposes
Communicate with supplier, clients, and internal teams
Help identify additional opportunities with clients and internal partners to grow volume captured by manual payment efforts
Perform other duties as assigned

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and establishing trust through excellent follow up and communication skills
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years experience in business to business or support experience required

This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
