QuickBook Resource Job Description

1. Must have Hands On Integration experience with other systems (QBD to 3rd Party systems).
2. Good Technical skills on writing scripts using QBXML & ASP.net/Java/C# & SDK Installation and script executions.
3. Must have experience on QBD to QBO Migration, Execution & Planning strategy.
4. Understand the business requirements and build the custom reports/components.
5. Monitor and maintain the integrity and security of QuickBooks Desktop databases and files.
6. Understand functional flows.
7. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining QuickBooks Desktop software on workstations and servers.
8. Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for QuickBooks Desktop data and files.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop, including software errors, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and training needs related to QuickBooks Desktop.
11. Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and efficient use of QuickBooks Desktop for bookkeeping, reporting, and financial analysis.
