Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL, seeks qualified candidates with a great attitude to join our fast-paced fine dining team. We prize enthusiasm, teamwork and a strong work ethic, offering training and promotional opportunities.

Your duties include greeting guests, assisting service staff, carrying trays, taking notes for POS orders, and delivering food to tables. Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays); comprehensive benefits, 401(k) and a drug-free, equal opportunity

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
• Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service. Work closely in a team environment.
• Balance and carry service trays.
• Accurately make notes and read POS order printed chits.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.
• Enjoy your work and have fun in a team environment while completing all duties.
