Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a qualified Manpower Support SME to develop General Schedule and Government Grade position descriptions for the Department of Defense, Plans, Programs and Requirement Directorate, USAF. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear contextual understanding of federal PDs.

Location is Langley AFB, Hampton, VA, with core hours typically 0800-1700 and potential schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or four (4) years of MAJCOM staff experience required.
• Three years of staff experience in operations, staff functions, or a related program.
• Experience writing and reviewing position descriptions under OPM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, and accurate federal PDs compliant with laws and regulations.
• Apply best writing practices to create PDs using SME input from A589 corporate knowledge.
