Job summary

Pathway Group is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, align, and adjust parts using hand and power tools on the line, following established procedures. You will test and calibrate components to ensure they meet tolerances and quality standards, and you may repair or refit parts that fail tests.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and track daily labor. Qualifications include reading and following English instructions, using measuring tools,

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow English verbal and written instructions.
• Able to use measuring tape and scales accurately.
• Attention to detail and steady hand for tolerances.
• Knowledge of basic math and computer basics.
• Ability to measure metal or rubber parts accurately.
• Occasionally lift/push more than 50 pounds.

Manufacturing Associate

• Assemble, align, and adjust parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
• Keeps daily labor tracking.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• Demonstrated ability to measure a metal or rubber part
