You'll work closely with operations, technology, and leadership teams to communicate issue status and drive resolution, while also supporting project work ranging from carrier integrations to layout changes to process improvements.

This is a hands‑on role that blends deep technical skill with strong communication and business partnership. You'll support a two‑shift, seven‑day‑a‑week distribution operation and participate in an on‑call rotation, so a bias toward urgency and clear, timely communication is essential.

  • Write SQL queries to research WMS, voice picking and WCS production issues
  • Partner with other logistics systems teams to resolve production issues and enable new capabilities in OMS, Manhattan Associates SCI, LM, SOFM
  • Identify when software vendors are needed and partner with them to successfully deliver solutions
  • Manage and test integration with parcel carriers
  • Communicate effectively to operations, technology, and leadership teams regarding production issue severity, resolution and root cause
  • Elicit requirements, analyze, design, write requirements, define test cases, configure, and test capabilities in Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, and other logistics systems to support continuous improvement initiatives, process/layout changes, and business requirements within the Distribution Center
  • Partner with operations and technology teams to ensure effective change management
  • Manage application installation, troubleshooting of voice pick mobile devices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience in WMS/warehouse systems support
  • Experience configuring, testing, supporting and troubleshooting Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (required)
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL and knowledge of Manhattan Associates WMS schema (required)
  • Ability to participate in on‑call rotation to support two‑shift, seven‑day‑per‑week logistics operation (required)
  • Experience configuring, testing, supporting and troubleshooting Lucas Voice Picking (preferred)
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Dematic WCS or other WCS (preferred)
  • Experience configuring, testing, supporting and troubleshooting parcel shipping within Manhattan Associates WMS with carriers – FedEx, UPS (preferred)
  • Experience with WMS integration with Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, WES (preferred)
  • Experience with Manhattan Associates SOFM or other OMS (preferred)
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Manhattan Associates SCI / IBM Cognos Analytics (preferred)
  • Experience with SOTI mobile device management and troubleshooting (preferred)

  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL writing or supporting stored procedures, scheduled jobs, triggers, views, and/or functions (nice to have)
  • Experience with WMS integration with Manhattan Associates LM (nice‑to‑have)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify underlying causes of business issues and recommend appropriate corrective action or problem resolution
  • Strong communication, problem solving, presentation and analytical skills (crucial)
  • Strong understanding of how complex application systems integrate and interrelate
  • Ability to collaborate with operations team and product owners in designing and developing processes or functionality
