Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate to handle sophisticated coverage matters for national and international carriers. This hybrid role blends collaboration in the office with flexible work arrangements.

You will analyze policies, draft coverage opinions, and support declaratory actions, advising on exclusions and additional insured issues. A JD and active New York bar are required, with 3–10+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required.
• Active New York bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policies and draft detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and multi-party coverage litigation.
• Advise carriers on coverage strategy, exclusions, and additional insured issues.
• Manage high-exposure coverage disputes from investigation through resolution.
