Position Summary :

The MA SCALE WMS Consultant is responsible for leading the SCALE WMS implementation, actively participating in the design, configuration, and implementation projects. Serve as the subject matter expert on Manhattan Associates (MA) SCALE WMS, based on an in-depth knowledge of functional areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management, MHE, and the unique business activity requirements of the client.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Manhattan Scale WMS implementation & support.
2. Perform system configuration of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS.
3. Collaborate with the client's team during software design to understand business requirements, issues, and changes to existing functionalities.
4. Document Requirements, SOP documents, and translate user requirements into functional and technical designs, including process flows, specifications, and test scenarios.
5. Coordinate problem resolution with external vendors for TMS, Packing & Conveyor systems.
6. Facilitate and support functional and user acceptance testing.
7. Troubleshoot operational and technical issues within SCALE to improve operational efficiency through people, process, and technical improvements.
8. Coordinate with Manhattan Associates development and support teams as needed.

Experience and Qualifications :

• 2+ years' experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS.
• Understanding of supply chain principles with expertise in warehouse management.
• Complete understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound processes in a warehouse.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, basic cloud understanding, hands-on with SSRS, MHE, new site rollout.
• Knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE.
• Ability to provide front-line support to warehouse staff, including training and daily support.
• Experience troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS in high-volume, multi-warehouse environments.
