Job summary

Vishay UltraSource is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Hollis, NH. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot signaling equipment, read instructions and drawings, and inspect substrates for quality before processing.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a focus on producing high-quality parts. US citizenship or permanent residency is required per ITAR. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and troubleshoot the machine.
• Operate machine and equipment in a safe manner.
• Accurately read and comprehend instructions and drawings.
• Inspect substrates for proper quantity and quality prior to processing.
• Perform 100% visual microscope inspection of parts.
• Identify out-of-spec product and place on hold.
• Load and unload substrates in the machine.
• Make adjustments to machinery within process windows to ensure quality product.
• Maintain focus on producing the highest quality product to support yield and on-time delivery goals.
• Document production activities in the ERP system and quality databases.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a FFD Dice Manufacturing Operator in Hollis, NH.**Job Location:**Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.**What you will be doing:*** Responsible for the set-up, cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of the machine.* Operate machine and equipment in a safe manner.* Accurately read and comprehend instructions and drawings.* Inspect substrates for proper quantity and quality prior to processing.* Perform visual microscope inspection* Identify out of spec product and place product on hold.* Properly load and unload substrates in the machine.* Make adjustments to machinery as necessary, within process windows, in order to make quality product.* Remain focused on producing the highest quality product to support overall company yield and on-time-delivery goals* Perform 100% visual inspection of all parts before moving on to the next operation.* Document production activities in the ERP system as well as various quality databases.* Maintain a clean and orderly work area.**What you will bring along:*** High School diploma or equivalent required.
