Job summary

Crimson Education, the world’s leading college admissions consulting firm, seeks a Mandarin-speaking outreach specialist in the U.S. to serve as the first contact for prospective Chinese clients (parents) and ensure a smooth experience across Crimson programs.

You will monitor inquiries, qualify leads, enter data in Salesforce, and schedule meetings with the Academic Advisor while collaborating with the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Native or proficient in Mandarin.
• English - spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Professionalism, time and stress management, confidence, patience, empathy, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor leads and enrollments from marketing across all channels with weekly/monthly progress reporting.
• Make calls and respond to inquiries from parents and students to qualify them for sales processes and ensure data is entered in Salesforce.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and relationships reflecting Crimson's high-quality service.
• Update lead records and track progression through the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Schedule meetings for leads with Crimson’s Academic Advisor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales techniques and processes.
