Job description

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve the Los Angeles Area

FeldCare Connects is currently seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver excellent care and work with adults of all ages.

The Physical Therapist in Home Health assesses and evaluates patient needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Based on this, the therapist develops a treatment plan, executes interventions to improve patient well-being, and monitors progress.

Requirements for a Physical Therapist in Home Health:

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, theories, and methods in rehabilitation.
• Skills in providing various treatments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand therapy's role considering patient age, needs, and environment.
• Accurate record-keeping with discretion.
• Sound clinical reasoning in treating, planning, and monitoring patient progress.
• Ability to modify treatment plans as needed and communicate changes.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm and ability to work with all ages.
• State licensure and registration as a Physical Therapist.
